depends. i think juicier lips and stuff, my bf thinks tasty and he wants more, or just there to make your lips shiny and more attractive.

Sometimes just a stickier one, depending on the lip gloss. I hate it when it makes your lips sticky.
some are allergic. If emotions are involved then there is no need for anything else. The kiss is going to be the sweetest thing ever.
