My friend gave me some lip gloss when were out to use. It is about 拢10 a tube and basically when you put it on your lips start tingling as it stimulates the blood vessels in your lips and you lips go really red. It lasts for ages...no lipstick required. i'm not sure but you can mix cayenne pepper with vaseline and make your own gloss that basically does the same. don't put too much pepper though!

It has spices in it that plump up your lips.
It could be hundreds of different products-- it's a lip plumper. Go to a Sephora and ask about them-- there's lots of good products.
