is lip gloss even worth buying/wearing, at the rate it comes off at?
is there any lip gloss (the gloss, not the colour) that doesn't have to constantly be reapplied?
is vaseline an alternative to lipgloss?
any other information would be awesome.
I'll gladly give 10 points to the most imformative answer, and good karma to all the others.
thankyouCan someone give me a lip gloss tutorial?
lip gloss is definitely worth buying, if you buy a good brand that's worth the price. through much trial and error i've found a couple of favorite lip gloss brands...
~clinique's lip gloss is one of my faves and stays on for a long time
~covergirl's wetslicks crystals lip gloss which smells great, has nice colors/shimmer and never feels thick and sticky
~ the lip gloss Bath and Body Works sells that comes in the green tube and smells minty...i can't remember the brand name. but it tastes and smells great and actually moisturizes your lips,so it doesn't just make them look shiny...and is available in clear or a variety of shades and other flavors
also, maybelline has SuperStay lip gloss that is supposed to last 12 hours without having to reapply, if you want some serious long-lasting gloss. i've never tried it myself though.
i know of people who use vaseline over their lipstick as a custom-made lip gloss, so you could use it. contrary to popular belief however, vaseline is not moisturizing...it will actually dry out your lips if you use it a lot. so don't overdo it if you use it.
good luck...i've definitely wasted plenty of money on lip gloss so i hope i've been helpful=)Can someone give me a lip gloss tutorial?
I really like to use the Loreal Color Juice. There are numerous colors/shades and they're flavorless, which I tend to like because it doesn't mix with the taste of any food I eat. THe one I'm using currently is the clear/sparkly kind. It's a bit thick but that's why I don't apply too much...otherwise it looks like you came out of a grease factory! I highly reccomend it, it doesn't come off unless you wipe it really hard. I think it's a good buy. I think they sell it at most places, like Target or Walgreens. PS: Vaseline is usually used when you are injured, but I guess it's fine if you want to use it as lipgloss.
the lipgloss sweettalk is practically everlasting.
I remember i put it on one night and it was still on when i woke up the next morning.
Lip gloss is definitely worth buying!
It a subtle way to make your lips look sexy. I suggest Lancome's ';Juicy Tubes';, they stay on and look ultra shiny!
