If you already have a favorite lipgloss that doesn't
stay on too long. Try going to a make up place
and ask them what products could you use under
your lipgloss to make it stay longer. I use MAC
Lip Conditioner, its $17.00 its lip balm I put it
on before I put my lipgloss on and it makes it
more glossier, more smoother (because we
know how sticky lipgloss can get) and it makes
the color stay longer and the lipgloss stick.
($17.00 in Canada, cheaper in the USA)

Or this works well too if you wear lipstick. Its called
MAC Prep + Prime Lip. Its a color-free base that
you can wear under lipstick. It adds moisture and
smooths and refines the lips. It can also improve
the appearance.

Use CoverGirl Outlast lip gloss. It does stay on your lips for about 24 hours with no need to brush on more color, however this will be a very dull matte finish.
use a base of lipstick that is the same color as your lips
thats what i always use
u should try really sticky lipgloss trust me they work. MAX lipgloss works really well and last long. hope that helps
if you use liquid concealer put it on your lips then put lipstick or lipgloss on lasts along time
I dont think there is a way of making lipgloss last, as it can start to get old and feel yukky on your lips...i find a good way is a more dry matte lipstick lasts longer...i wear it every day and i only apply 4 times.
with lipgloss it gets on your drink/food etc.
You might want to try prepping your lips before you put on gloss.
Prepping:
1) Exfoliate your lips by rubbing an old (clean!) toothbrush on them in circular motions for about 30 seconds. This will get rid of dead skin and flakes.
2) Put on some chapstick.
3) Swipe on some petroleum jelly (like Vaseline). Not only will it make your lips soft, but it will add extra shine to your lips!
It also could be the product you're using. I highly recommend Covergirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers - they come in lots of fun but natural colors, smell (and taste) great, and they last a long time!
Also, try not to put on lip gloss right before you eat, drink, brush your teeth, or anything like that. Apply it right on your way out the door and try not to touch or lick your lips a lot.
Good luck!
when you go to brush your teeth at night, lightly brush your lips with your toothbrush. this will help eliminate the dead skin on your lip, so lip gloss will stay
Theres a new product which is for 6 hours of gloss and shine i think its L'oreal glam shine 6 hour lip gloss.
Try it.
Put the lipgloss at the back of your hand with a bit of your favorite eye shadow, mix them together and but it on your lips...(lady at Clinique told me this) it sounds weird but it works!
